Gihong, My Wife
Gihong is from Pusan, South Korea. We met in 1986 while I was teaching in Seoul, and the rest is history! At that time she was a Japanese teacher, but since we came to Japan she has worked in IT.  Gihong

Kelly, My Daughter

Kelly's goes to an international junior high school. She's very artistic, unlike her father, and she's happiest when she's drawing pictures. She's crazy about basketball and was the point guard on her school's basketball team. For a while she was taking figure skating lessons, and you can see a little video clip of her on ice by clicking here. Unless I've screwed this up, click on her mouth and she'll talk to you (33K Windows Media Video file - sorry to the few of you who don't have Windows Media Player).

Click on Kelly's mouth and she'll say her name.

Casey, My Son

Casey is a sixth-grader at an international elementary school. He isn't quite the joiner that Kelly is, but he's been playing on a soccer team for a few years now. Casey's good-natured and kind of comical. He makes friends easily with English or Japanese-speaking kids. Since he seems to be popular everywhere he goes, my guess is he won't have too much trouble in life. Click on his mouth and he'll introduce himself (43K Windows Media Video file).

Click on Taro's mouth and he'll say his name.
